Donations Made in Error
If you have made a donation in error, we request that you contact us at the earliest. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date and should include the following details:- The full name used during the donation.
- The donation amount.
- The date of the donation.
- Proof of payment (e.g., receipt, transaction ID).
Non-Refundable Donations
Donations made to ASHA Charitable Trust are generally final and non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:- Duplicate donations made unintentionally.
- Technical issues resulting in multiple charges.
- Fraudulent transactions verified by the donor’s bank or payment provider.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take up to 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.Processing Fees
ASHA Charitable Trust reserves the right to deduct any applicable transaction or processing fees applied by payment gateways or banks from the refunded amount.Modifications to the Policy
